วัดพระธาตุหนองบัว

วัดพระธาตุหนองบัวอยู่บริเวณชานเมืองอุบลราชธานีไปทางทิศเหนือสร้างในปี พ.ศ. 2498  มี“พระเจดีย์ศรีมหาโพธิ์” ที่สร้างขึ้นเพื่อเป็นสัญลักษณ์ ในโอกาสครบรอบ  25 ศตวรรษของพระพุทธศาสนาโดยจำลองแบบมาจาก พุทธคยาประเทศอินเดีย เพื่อบรรจุพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ นับเป็นวัดเดียว  ในภาคอีสานที่มีเจดีย์แบบนี้ และยังเป็นวัดที่มีชื่อเสียงในการทำเทียนพรรษา อีกด้วย

Wat Phra that Nong Bua /Phra that Nong Bua Temple

Wat Phra that Nong Bua is located on the downtown of Ubon Ratchathani tothenorth.It was built in1955. Insidethetempleis“Sri Maha Pho pagoda”. Sri Maha Pho pagoda was built to symbolize the 25 thaniversaryofBuddhism whichcopied the model from the Buddhist India.     It contains the relicsof the Lord Buddha.This is the only temple in the northeast with this pagoda. And this temple is famous for Candles.
